My (33M) girlfriend (F31) and I have been dating for 12 months. In that time I feel like my life has changed significantly. I have quit my job to start my own business, I have quit drinking alcohol, I don't consume nicotine anymore, I exercise regularly and I'm getting in much better shape etc.

My partner doesn't seem to have any ambition or desire to do anything different. She's out drinking pretty much every weekend with friends and seems stuck in that party lifestyle. There's always an event or reason for her to be out drinking. She has a decent job but barely saves any money.

I just feel as though we're growing apart and have different priorities in life. She wants to continue this party lifestyle and then settle down and have children and get married in the next few years. I want to pursue my business, continue living this new healthy lifestyle and travel the world more.

She's got a good heart and a lot of great qualities but I just feel we're at different stages.

Anybody been in a similar situation?

TL;DR - My girlfriend loves partying and I'm over it. I'm concerned we're growing apart.
