Happy I found this sub. Overthinking moving in with my boyfriend/thinking he is going to leave me. Any tips?

My boyfriend of almost a year and I are moving in together in a couple months. His lease ends before mine so he is going to move in here until August and then we’ll find a bigger place.

Before we were both really excited about it. Now that conversations have happened about expectations and all of that, I am overthinking it. He seems to think I am second guessing but I’m not.

He keeps offering “if I move in with you for the four months after my lease and we decide we should wait, that is totally fine. We can wait another year if you think we need more time.” By him saying this to me, it is heightening my anxiety tenfold. I know he can sense it too which doesn’t make things any better.

How can I calm my nerves about this? I love him so much and have never been happier in a relationship. I am second guessing everything now / his intentions / if we will work out just because of the conversations we’ve had lately 😢

Edit: for reference we spend 4ish nights per week at each other’s place and pretty much know how each other is in terms of living
