Which Dad Car RX vs GX

I have an 09 Lexus Is250 that my life has grown out of. We don't wanna shell out too much on a replacement that's bigger. So I'm thinking of staying with Lexus and doing a high mileage older GX or RX. Anybody have strong opinions on either? (thinking 05-12 models)
