This may be bad advice, take it with salt
Post Body

I separated in 2021 by request. It's a long story, but I could never lay down and eat shit, had a panic attack, and almost broke a multi million dollar machine (steam turbine). I went in front of my CO and asked to separate, saying I lost faith in the military. If you're looking to seperate, violate the UCMJ, believably. Smoke some weed, and say you the military is so stressful that you HAVE to smoke. Bring alcohol on station Show up to work drunk Show up late all the time You will absolutely be in "trouble" and be put on restriction. But restriction is 30-45 days to never deal with the military again. As long as you don't do anything dishonorable, your life is not any harder when you get out.
