Does H&M still accept fabric/ clothes in bad condition for recycling?

I have two twin bed sheets that have a huge hole in them and a bunch of clothes with holes so I want to donate them for recycling. But considering COVD, I just wonder if they still do it.
If not, do you guys know any place I can recycle fabric within the city area (I don't have a car, unfortunately)?
