Refrigerator keeps freezing food, especially in the crisper compartments

Hello, I have a relatively new fridge, Whirlpool Model# WRF555SDHV that keeps freezing all my food, especially in the crisper compartments. Everywhere else in the fridge will just get slushy, even when it's turned up to the highest 45F setting. I called Whirlpool to set up a service, and turns out they have no one in my area that can come look at it. The fridge was purchased November 2018.
Any help in diagnosing is appreciated, as most of my food is getting ruined from frost. Thank you.
