It's an online / app banking alternative

They offer no fee checking accounts and good cash back on all purchases (I think starting is 0.5% cash back on all purchases)

They send you a physical debit card but you can use your phone tap and keep it all on your phone.

It's all online, no physical locations, so don't close your main bank just yet.

One drawback I've seen is their customer service isn't strong. They take long to answer the in app chat, so if there is an issue you may wait long, maybe days or more. They have a phone number but from my experience it goes to voice mail saying no one can answer, and direct you to the in app chat.

If there are no issues you'll be very happy though.

I recommend using it as a second bank, or something for you to earn the cash back on your purchases and save on regular banking fees, but don't close your main bank fully.

Right now they are giving $20 free once you open an account and making any first purchase (you can open an account, load $5 into it, buy a coffee and they'll deposit $20)
