Help me rating this offseason moves

These are the moves i’d try to do if i was in charge. Please help me rating each one on a scale from 1-10 with 10 being “very realistic”
We need at least two SP:
Sign/trade one from Fried/Snell/Grochet
Sign one from Flaherty/Buehler
We need at least one dominant RP:
Sign tanner scott
We need one power RH hitter:
Sign T. Hernandez
Trade Yoshida (even if you have to attach a player)
Trade one from abreu/duran/grissom for pitching help
