drinking lots of water, eating lots of veggies, lost weight, deleted the dating apps, stopped wasting my time with my loser ex, started reading more, calling or seeing friends every other day, taking care of my skin, sent my grandmother a random gift. Feeling less insane and more calm. Bought fresh flowers today. Perhaps i will eat a seasonal fruit and have some local honey.
Stop feeling bad and start feeling good!! Love u guys you deserve the world!!
Aww :) I'm doing all these things too, feels really good. Starting to also recover from some shitty health issues, don't want to jinx it but feeling hopeful
