anyone used to be scared and paranoid that other people could read your (mostly sexual) thoughts in their early teens

when I turned 12 and started puberty and started getting weird impulsive thoughts randomly I use to get scared out of my ass thinking other people could read or that they knew who I was. To the point where I use to hit my head on a wall to make it stop lol. This lasted til I was 15
