Post Processing Preset in ROEngine.ini?

I've been having a bug where I can't change any of my settings through the ingame menu, so I've had to change all of my settings through the text file, which I don't mind due to the many guides online.
Every guide I've looked at, however, doesn't tell me how I can change the "Post Processing Effect" to "Enhanced" through the .ini files, so hopefully a pro can help me out here.
