I have lived in Redmond for around a year and currently my rent is really starting to go up. I can afford it, however, like everyone else. I am really wanting to put away more money every month, then watching it go out.

Currently I pay around $1200 for a 1BR/1BATH washer and dryer in unit, and it is about a 10 minute drive to work. When I first got to the complex it was just around $1000/month. Though I really need to find a new place to save more money.

I am okay with moving further away from work if the price drops makes up for the distance. If anyone knows of some decent places that would be amazing!

I have looked on websites but all the prices are so high. I do understand that there might be very few that offer a decent price, but just wanting to reach out and see if anyone has anything.
