Does this (normal red bulb) count as red light therapy?
Post Body

Or will it still give any benefits, being red light?

New to this so bare with me if it's a stupid question.

I have a changeable colour smartbulb in my room and I often put it on red, because it's just relaxing. And then I heard and have read of the benefits of red light/RLT.

Does this count? Or does it need to be a proper set-up.
