I work nightshift so I am curious about RLT for sleeping only. The skin and muscles are cool and all but I want to trick my brain into thinking its nighttime. So my confusion is what wavelength do I need for this? I feel like a whole $500 panel 850nm is a lot more than I am looking for. Also, there is confusion on eye protection. Some places say it causes cataracts and some say it helps it, some say wear the eye protection and some say they never do. If I wear eye protection doesn't that defeat the purpose of my eyes seeing the red wavelength and think its night??? Please help, I am confused and sleepy.
