BBL, red light therapy or both?
Post Body

Hello Iā€™m new here! My dermatologist recommended me to look into getting BBL/IPL I think I would benefit from it but getting those treatments is expensive. would getting a table top red light therapy panel be just as effective or are the wavelengths different would reduce light therapy not penetrate deep enough? What if I did the BBL treatment to reduce most of it hopefully and used red light therapy as up keep? I have a mix of eczema and rosacea.

For redness/capillaries vBeam (pulsed dye laser) is the gold standard.
