How close are you to your device? Bryan Johnson uses them almost directly on the skin as you can see in the YouTube video. I usually use them at arm's length. I have a 5-watt dual chips model (210-220mw/cm2 power density at 6 inches)
Are there any disadvantages when using them directly on the skin?
Also: If I'm too close, I can see the light cones being concentrated in spots instead of dispersed over a bigger area. I assume you want to be as far away as you can't tell the individual LEDs on your skin apart anymore?
