About to purchase from Alibaba. Any insight on this particular light would be appreciated.

Following the advise of others, I’ve reached out to Sgrow. They’re recommending this light but I don’t know all of the ins and outs of whether or not this is a quality device. Could someone more knowledgeable kindly explain to me in laymen’s terms what I’m looking at?

If I’m reading this correctly, the light you’re suggesting has 300 LEDs vs 40 LEDs from Sgrow? Also, how do I know what Hz to use if you can select 0 - 10000? And how do I compare that to the one from Sgrow? Thanks!
