No....it's not what you think lol. Tomorrow I will be sitting with my Director to have that "talk" and I just want to make sure I know what to expect. I currently work as a NOC and I'm getting reading get my RHCSA Cert. I have a couple years of experience under my belt and I'm trying to take it to the next level as a SysAdmin. I've always been told the exact amount I will get paid, usually no room for negotiation, but things are a lot different now. I've grown within the company and shown much initiative from a 100% attendance (Holidays and Sick days) to crimping over 200 network cables in one night. Anyways, I'll be talking with my Director tomorrow and my main objective is to get a bump up in my Salary. I currently work at a Data Center in Atlanta with a staff of about 20-30 people, so I just want to know what numbers I should try and negotiate with my employer?
