As you know, redgifs and gfycat allow users to set visibility of uploaded webms to either "unlisted" or "public".
I had uploaded a batch of webms as unlisted, but now when I try to toggle them to public, it does not work. I mean, the setting shows that the webm are now listed as public, but when I log in again (or restart the browser), the settings have gone back to unlisted. Bug is easy to reproduce, you can test yourself. This happens for old webms that were originally uploaded on gfycat, but then migrated to redgifs some weeks ago.
I know you guys are under heavy workload right now, but kindly fix this issue as well. This issue has been present since the great migration and I have kept quiet hoping it would get fixed but that is not happening.
If you cannot find a bug, perhaps you can manually make all my webms "public". Whom do I message my redgifs username?
Thank you for any assistance in this matter!
It is still not fixed ugh.
I have tried three times to make all videos private so viewers can only see the video they have the link for. I have tried to log in and log out thinking that would make a difference but clearly it has not. I hope they fix this problem or update me on what to do.
