Issue with "To the Other Side" Mission

Me and my two friends accepted the mission and nothing happened. From my understanding, a cutscene is supposed to happen, but nothing happened.
I cant accept the mission anymore, it is accepted and no markers appear on the map. We are stuck as to what to do.
We've restarted the lobby as well as restarted the game. Wondering if anyone knows anything.
