Redesign is auto escaping `)` inside URLs, but not in old.reddit

I think you should have consistent markdown editor behavior between the redesign and old.reddit.
Using markdown editor in redesign, dark mode, chrome, MacOS
Edit: Oh, the reverse happened with the person who responded to my comment. Why does the markdown editor have different behaviors between the two versions?
