Can't ban users (Moderator action)

The 'Reason for ban' dropdown list won't drop..down, so you can't complete the form and thus submit it
Tried in FF and Chrome.
Edit: Oh, so if you click the 'Reason for ban' text it WILL drop down, but not if you click the 'drop-down' triangle icon next to the text.
