The 'create post' buttons are somewhat confusing

I found it confusing because of:
- There are two of them (one in the top bar and one over the content)
- It is colored in the top bar, which has tricked me into thinking it is somehow "active" since the rest are gray.
- Sometimes the one over the content (that has "create post") is colored but sometimes it isn't (??)
