Won't recognize my yearly subscription

Hello!
I tried to subscribe to yearly Ultra on the same day my old monthly expired and now it won't recognize my subscription, the dialogue just continually spins after hitting restore purchase (and yes, I did give it a few).
Is there some secret way to force it to figure its issues out or did the route I took screw something up?
