I'm a fairly quiet person and pretty laid back and mellow, I'm looking for the same in my future roommate(s). I'm not a partier or wild and crazy. I spend most of my time on the computer or watching NetFlix or something on TV.

I'm Covid free, triple vaxxed, a non smoker, and a non drinker. I work remotely from home during the day (9-5) and I will be home most of the time, it would be ideal if you had a normal job where you leave and go to work everyday.

I'll have 2 medium sized bedrooms in my newly furnished home available on August 15th. I don't live in the house yet but will take possession on August 1st, the rooms will be available on August 15th. I'm looking for 1 or 2 laid back, males or females ages 30-65, I don't care if you are straight, gay or bi as it makes no difference to me.

I am 420 friendly in the evenings only but I can smoke outside if you don't partake. I don't do any other drugs and I will not tolerate any other drugs in my home. I also do not smoke cigarettes, if you do, then you'd need to smoke outside.

You'll have your own unfurnished room and a shared bathroom, driveway parking, shared fridge space and full house privileges, washer and dryer available for your use, off street parking, WiFi internet access. There is currently no storage space other than the closets in the rooms so if you have a lot of stuff you might need another place to store it.

Rent is $150 per week and can be paid weekly or bi-weekly. I will also need a $300 refundable security deposit, if you don't have it then then we can add it to your rent in increments. I will be staying in this place for many years so a long term roommate is much preferred.

Per the landlord and insurance there can be no firearms, no pets, no couples, no overnight guests, an occasional visitor is okay.
