Requesting r/Random_Acts_Of_Sex; another community I've been active in for a long time, which has been banned for being unmoderated, and I would like to keep it going

My plans are to re-open it, with better tools and automation in place to combat content policy violations such as spam, scams, and prohibited transactions, which are common in personals/R4R communities similar to this one, and which I've seen plague it as well. I have a custom bot and tools to handle this effectively, as well as the folks who've helped with said bot whom I can reach out to for additional help if needed.
I plan to keep to the purpose of the community by more effectively enforcing the existing rules and content policy, and working to grow and make the community a stable and useful resource for locating like-minded people.
I am not able to include a link to the modmail message, as the community is banned. Somewhere in my message history, I did send them a modmail, though it may have been months or even years ago.
