Requesting this again, as directed, since it's not clear why it was rejected previously.. Same plan as last time.
My plans are to re-open it, with better tools and automation in place to combat content policy violations such as spam, scams, and prohibited transactions, which are common in R4R communities. I mod a few local and topic-specific R4R and personals communities, and can apply the same tools to moderating this one if approved.
I don't plan to make any major changes in purpose or topic, mainly just enforcing the existing rules and content policy, and working to grow and make the community a stable and useful resource for locating like-minded people.
Still unable to include a link to the modmail message, as the community is still banned.
