Since I'm kinda being called out here, I'd like to point out that we have always reviewed all user reports for spam and scam posts in a way that I feel is fair, and remove a considerable number of them based on user reports and other tools we've developed specifically for these purposes. A lot of user reports do turn out to be unfounded, or have insufficient information to act on, but we actively respond to modmail if users need to follow up with more info. If anyone has any concerns with content in my communities, they're free to modmail us. And if the admins have any questions or concerns about how I run my communities, I welcome them reaching out to me.

I do see your past suggestions to the community in modmails, some of which were valuable and we have implemented; but I don't see any where you ever asked about being a mod. It's possible it was missed if it was sent somewhere other than modmail, but tbh, I can't find it. If you want to discuss this, please modmail us at r/Pennsylvaniar4r, as this isn't the right venue for this.
Note that we haven't been actively seeking mods there, and I'm not usually one to seek additional mods if the workload doesn't exceed the capabilities of the present team. Lots of people ask to be mods, but we only bring new people on if we need their support; not every sole mod is doing that as a "power-trip". You'll see that some of my larger communities do have additional mods to keep a handle on things, and there are other ways to build and maintain communities than being on the mod list; our most valuable support comes from regular users, contributing content and making reports when appropriate.
We may have some disagreements, but I don't feel our rules are unfair, or that we're failing to adequately enforce them. I don't mean to be rude here either, and no offense taken, but accusing me of power-tripping did seem rather harsh. Again tho, this is a discussion for modmail, not this thread, so please modmail us if you have concerns you want to discuss.
