Need assistance removing mod from sub for abuse of power

Not sure how all of this works.. I reached out to the other mod of the reddit page.. he said he would look into it but I have yet to hear back from him. Mod in question permanently banned me from reddit after commenting on a post of his. He has since then deleted post and all posts on his reddit page.. but I have SS of the post and comment in question. Just looking to have him removed because he shouldn't be able to ban anyone whom he disagrees with.
