Requesting r/reactgirls due to inactive mods

- This was once a thriving community with thousands of members and member participation. I was one of the most prolific participants of this community. Moderation slowed to nothing and messages to the mods about issues were ignored despite these issues going back over 30 days. I even offered to help out with moderation if they thought it would help but those messages were ignored as well. The sub was made private with no warning and could not be viewed or posted to at all and has been in this state for many months now. All messages sent after the privatization were duly ignored. I would like to bring it back to its past glory by reopening it and actively moderating the community without being heavy handed as the old mods could occasionally be.
