Requesting to take over r/enf_euf; it is currently banned due to the lack of mods.

1) I wish to become the moderator of r/enf_euf in order to revive the sub, keep spam/off topic posts at a minimum, ensure the subreddit is following the rules/guidelines of reddit & to install more mods to avoid this issue arising again.
2) I am unable to contact the current mods of the subreddit due to the subreddit currently being banned.
