The Reddit has been plagued with terrible moderation for a long time. Instead of having folks who are out to run it for themselves I’d like to clean it up, enforce the Reddit ToS, prevent solicitation, prostitution, and all bots from participating. If the subreddit is given over to me I’ll ensure those who spam or do anything that breaks the Reddit tos or otherwise jeopardizes the Reddit community as a whole I prevent

As for requirement 2. There are no mods left to message thanks to their lack of care they got banned
