I believe this is a problem with the newest update. I only noticed it today, and the app updated overnight. I have a Moto X4 running Android 9.0 and build 3.19.3.225949.
I'm not the only user having problems. Another redditor I know has complained about the same issue. She also uses version 3.19.3.225949 of the app, on a Galaxy S8 running Android 8.0.
