- Pay redditors dividends from the profits of the resort
- Use profits to expand into actual reddit island plan. Look just south of Oyster Island on a map. The island Aese is for sale on the private market. You cannot find it for sale online. Its about $4M.
Other Options :
- The resort only takes up 20 acres of the 65 acres of the island. Expansion is very doable.
- Plots of land could be sold on this island
- Or the far end of the island could be used for a business enterprise. There are many tax incentives offered by Vanuatu for certain types of businesses.
How the Money Works :
First a note about Timeshares - you get a bungalow for 1 week a year and usually breakfast every morning. You still pay for food and entertainment. You can also sublet your week and use it to generate cash for yourself.
Typical timeshare in the pacific area which cost $10,900 and $1,200/yr in maintenance for a total of $232/month for 10 years.

Small Bungalow - $80/month for 6 years ( 4 years less in payments)
Medium Bungalow - $110/month for 6 years
Large Bungalow - $150/month
Revenue Generated - $5,400,000
Cost of Island - $2,500,000
Profit for expansion - $2,900,000
Think of it this way: removing 1 dinner out a weekend and eating at home = $80/month. Remove 1 movie out on a date once a month on top of the $80 and it = $110/month.
So if you put your mind to it, this is not that hard to do.
