Crops and Seed production and saving
Post Body
A loooooong way away to be certain, but I wanted to drop a line about seedstock. When growing food, it's easy to say, "We need X amount of square feet to produce Y amount of Z crop.
But let's not forget rotation, and dedicated areas for seed production. With year-round gardening possible in tropic and subtropic areas (at least a longer growing season than in Zones 3-5), the primary factor could be space.
Has anyone else mused the seed-saving thing?
