New chats are nowhere to be seen?

Hey!
So this is a nsfw account, over 1y old, and all of the sudden, whenever i send a chat over, i need to click on their profile and go to chat to see the message that ive sent. This chat does not show up on my chat tab, so it becomes almost impossible to track down new chats cause i cant see the messages that ive sent
I dont imagine that ive hit the chat limit on a older account, so why cant i see my chats, are more important, are the recipients receiving the chats?
