Very confused with restrictions to NSFW via the Reddit API

Context: I have a script (created via reddit.com/prefs/apps) that gets my saved list and downloads media that is attached to each post (e.g. Reddit-hosted images, URL-linked images, etc) with PRAW.
Will my app not be able to access my saved posts that are NSFW via PRAW?
