How to overcome "received 500 HTTP response" error?

I sometimes get prawcore.exceptions.ServerError: received 500 HTTP response error for the following code:
for comment in subreddit.stream.comments(skip_existing=True):
bot.find_match(comment)
As I understand it the Reddit server fault but it crashes my bot.
How can I put it in a try catch brackets so that it waits for 5 minutes and then continues?
