Memory error crash (HELP)

Been really frustrated at this issue.
I’ve been running the game for 5-6 months no issue on my new laptop, settings were always on ultra, zero issues.
Have a Razer blade laptop 4090 GPU.
Now everytime I try to run the game. It crashes on start up saying not enough memory.
I’ve tried every YouTube hack.
Please help! I have still to beat this game and really would like to jump back in.
