Quest Items not spawning in

So, Im doing the quest for Algernon's Revolver, and currently after Night Scented Orchids, I have 4 of the 5 I need but CANNOT get number 5 to spawn in ANY of the possible locations for this flower, I've checked every spot at least a dozen times now, and it refuses to spawn, I've also tried reloading the save file too just to be sure, still won't spawn. Help?
Is there something wrong here or is the game glitched?
