So I see some O'Driscolls punching a guy and shouting about "not paying" them or something, so I walk up and get their attention, and knock their lights out. See the guy appears to be knocked out or something so I try to bring him to the doctor, and then some NPCs start freaking the fuck out and before I know it I'm accused of murder???

Meanwhile, yesterday, I see some weak conman fall like 2-3 stories into a rushing river off a cliff, and he's perfectly fine, and then I parade down main street at noon while he SCREAMS about how I'm KIDNAPPING a DOCTOR, and that's fine?

Guy falls dozens of feet off a cliff, almost drowns in a river, gets lassoed by his neck, PERFECT HEALTH. Guy screaming about being a kidnapped doctor, PERFECTLY FINE.
