During the shootout with the grays in chapter 3. Have you ever noticed that when Sean died, Micah immediately knew where to shoot the sniper? My theory is that Micah has been with the Pinkerton's ever since chapter 2 and horseshoe overlook. they arranged a deal with the grays to safely kill off a gang member. Take this with a grain of salt though
