Question about epilogue activities (SPOILIES)

I finished the main story last night and have started the epilogue. After diving into some articles about what I may have missed during the main, I am wondering if I am still able to access some of the cool explorative things now that I’ve beaten it. Examples of this are things such as the vampire storyline, Bigfoot, Emerald Ranch mysteries, FRIGGIN ALIENS, etc...

I saved a lot of the exploration for after I beat the main, but was shocked when the protagonist switches.

Anyone have any insight into whether all of this stuff is still available?
