I’m in the Mexico part of the game at the moment, and I found myself balancing between the Army and the Rebels, doing missions for both, not siding with the army/rebels in random events, etc.
I was riding along and came across an active firefight between the rebels and Army, and since I was shot by the rebels first, I decided to join the fight and attack the rebels. I accidentally hit an Army soldier and got a pop-up saying “You have killed a soldier, the army has now turned against you”. And ever since then, the army will attack me on sight. Is this permanent? Does this affect story missions? Is this just because I have a bounty now for killing a soldier? I guess I’m a rebel now lol
