Does anyone have experience with Asian firms? After 1 month, 3 interviews and a two-hour test, the Director just told me that I got the job, and now HR will reach me to discuss HR matters, however....they haven't even told me what's the salary nor conditions! Is this common practice for Asians?

I'm applying for a consulting firm, and they told me that I'll have to do a 2-hour test as part of the second stage of the recruitment process, which will evaluate "my way of reasoning". Any idea of what kind of test this will be?
