Got blew off for virtual interview by potential employer

So I was supposed to have a Virtual Interview with a retail company for one of their local stores at 12:30pm today on Microsoft Teams, It's currently 1:19pm as of writing this and they still haven't shown up. I called the store and emailed them back, go figure the Women in charge of all this isn't in today until much later this evening.
Fuck these corporations man, they don't give a shit.
So whatever, guess back to the drawing board it is then..
