Employers are out of touch with fucking reality
Post Body

I am in upstate NY. In the span of about 4 hours, I have come across 4 jobs for production supervisor positions, but when you apply, they ask if you can commute as much as 2-3 hours.

One job was nearly 3 hours away in fucking New Jersey and asked if I was okay with the commute. Can someone illuminate me as to why this is becoming the new norm!?
