So I did a final round interview for a full-time Senior Analyst position for a fairly large company and I thought went well. After 2 weeks of waiting, I asked for an update and the recruiter told me that they had one more interview this week and would update me by the end of the week to see if I get an offer or not.
The part that is making me anxious though is that at the end of her email, she told me “in the meantime, are you interested in temp-to-hire roles? We have a data analyst temp to hire position”.
Why would she say that? Have they already kinda decided not to move forward with me? I heard temp to hire positions suck..
