Friday after just under 1000 applications, I got an offer letter for a marketing role. During all the interviews it was stated that this was a full time job and I was sent the benefits packet outlining health insurance, pto and 401k.
I was given the weekend to think about it and yesterday I spoke with my point of contact. The role has changed and it is now a party time offer for $18 an hour. This is for a marketing position that requires a few years of experience. I didn’t even know what to say over the phone.
