Weirdest questions if seen in a test yet… is it even legal?
Post Body

What would the purpose of asking these questions even be?

Hahaha, remember one of my questions was

“If you knew a family member was stealing from their job. Would you call the company and tell on them?”

I was like WTF?! I had already worked for the company but was applying for another position so I called my Team Lead and she told me most of it is to determine if you are truthful, so would you call and tell?

I said “Hell no!” And she said “Then select no.” I was nervous but I put no and got the job, I can’t remember any other questions but that one.

Exactly, that’s what she told me about the question. That it was to determine if you would lie be 99% are NOT going to go through all of that to tell on a family unless they were angry with them.
